Wian and Tammy are professional, friendly, and the best at heating and cooling!I had spoken to so many contractors before them and had lots of issues, from not being quoted the right size unit, to being told a unit would be available and then after waiting 2 weeks it had been sold to another person. I was told I had to switch brands, but I wanted to stick with Mitsubishi Electric.With Tammy and Wian it was just so easy! Wian came out to see our property, was very quick and to the point. They gave us a competitive quote, and even included an Airtouch 5 which no one else had told us about.Two weeks later Wian, his assistant and sparky came to do the installation. It’s been running perfectly so far. Having the zones managed through wall switches, Airtouch 5, and the app on the phone gives us a smooth user experience.We can’t thank Wian and Tammy enough. They are not only amazing at what they do, but they are also lovely people. So they definitely deserve 5 stars! Highly recommended!
