Worst customer service . Hair dresser had zero knowledge of products. Went on arguing with me and to prove me wrong. No customer at all not busy at all still had no time to help. She said there is no such thing called toner . Like seriously

I have the worse shopping experience here...I didn't really like the customer service.... they are rude.. .. when we are just watching things... girl keeps looking on us... that is very annoying.... and if you don't like anything and u change ur mind... they didn't refund.......

The worst manager I have ever come across she was rude and refused to listen to me. She sold me the wrong product and wouldn't refund me back my money because what was on the receipt wasn't the exact hair colour I wanted. I showed her pictures and barcodes of what I had bought and refused and was so rude to me. I still want my money back because my hair is not the colour she sold me. Absolutely furious.

Went to get advice for my teen daughters about dying their hair (DIY) and found the staff to be very helpful, explaining the products and patiently answering our questions. Thank you Annie and Ana for making the experience informative and enjoyable for the girls!

Worst customer service ever!! Rude and aggressive customer service. She Ignored the request purposely, not professional at all!! Won't come back and won't recommend this business!

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cant believe the way I have been treated wanting to swap a large conditioner for a large shampoo which I had purchased two weeks ago. I was told that I had used the conditioner however when weighed in front of me on their “faulty” scale, the weight was shown to be the same as one off their shelf! Even after this the manager still insisted it was used and refused to give me the number of her manager. So disgusted with their service, will never shop there again!

Very expensive to have hair coloured and much more than other Price Attack stores. It's supposed to be a discount hair service and although it feels like it, it cost more than my local boutique salon. I feel very ripped off. Get a quote up front if you go here.

The worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life, Manager of the store was extremely rude and aggressive, she charged my credit card without telling me, I noticed that after I got the receipt!!!And when I asked her she was aggressive and didn’t want to response, she pushed me to leave the store!!Unbelievable She charged me for dry off which is totally illegal as dry off is part of the hair color services and shouldn’t be charged for just a one or two minutes dry off, can not ask customers to leave with wet hair It’s totally robbery!!!!!Also I asked Hairdresser about the price of trim and I accepted to do that for me but the manager charged me much more than what the hair dresser told me and she didn’t accept to pay my money back.Do not go to that shop to use their services as the. manager tries to rip you off !!!
