Got preordered board like this. Sent email for a week then still can’t get reply.calling to store, manager said board is fine.that’s normal. Otherwise send it back to get refund.Who will happy to spend one thousand to get like that?When I preorder the board,sales said can get the board on May . It’s June when I get the board. I need to move to snow mountain to work. I have no time to waste.horrible shopping experience!Unresponsive customer service!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned an item a month ago which got delivered to the post office for some reason and not directly to the sore . Have emailed and called multiple times, the store is not willing to collect the item from the post office and now wants me to have it sent back and resent...I have never experienced such poor service from an online store....Thought maybe the post shop where my goods are was far away from their store so I googled mapped it....Turns out its 250 meters away. What a joke.

Ordered online as I am in Victoria. Easy to do and delivery was fast. Loved my new boots when they arrived and was excited to go skiing. Dan shut down the state the day after they arrived! No skiing but looking forward to getting out next year. Stay safe everyone and be kind

gave them 3 stars as I originally got a great price on a snowboard on pre-order (hence the 3 stars). There was some issue with them receiving it from burton so they couldn't get it to me and are therefore giving me a full refund (not their fault so I don't hold it against them). I deducted a star as I never actually received any products so I don't know if they are any good and another star as their online customer service is pretty slow at responding and I had to follow this up multiple times.

It’s all good until they send you an incorrect or damaged product, then you will be met with rude and unhelpful customer service. The owner is possibly one of the most difficult and passive aggressive people I have ever dealt with, treats customers with utter contempt, blaming the customer for their errors. Clearly from the other reviews, the customer service issues are not isolated.

If you are looking for a reliable and good quality products , you wont find it here. Unfortunately no matter who you speak to in the company they will fail to deliver on their products.No tracking number, incorrect order fulfilment and poor customer service as well as no email reply.To add to the long waiting period in their fulfilment their error is charged to the customer to return products. Having promised to sent the correct products, no items received and no one able to confirm ( again no tracking number, I'm starting to doubt that it was even posted in the first place) .
