Co-ordinated Furnishings

Our blinds look wonderful. The company were easy to deal with- very pleasant and polite. Blinds were done for 10 rather large windows and were custom made, ready and installed within 2 weeks. One blind was sitting not quite right- I rang and they were back in the same afternoon to adjust it. Would highly recommend.

If i could leave a review of 0 i would.One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The initial consultation was lovely! The wife who is the face of the company was very like-able and assisted us with our queries and we placed an order.Then, vague and last minute information in regards to installation (i believe they forgot about our order) Then a not very personable installer arrived without some of the 8 blinds/curtains missing from our order.Installer refused instruction from us in regards to placement of a very large and complicated curtain, resulting in drill holes left in the aluminium above our most prominent window in the house.Once blinds were installed we discovered dirty marks throughout majority of them that appear to be oil from a sewing machine or dirty benches or wrapping (i know this as we paid for a professional curtain cleaner to attempt to remove the marks, this was unsuccessful) There was also a burn mark on the back of oneWhen we voiced our concerns with co-ordinated furnishings, the call went through to the husband who works in the manufacturing area. I cant even explain the lack of professionalism and vile verbal abuse we experienced. Never have i heard anyone speak to their customers like that.Eventually they came out to spot clean the dirty marks. This failed, hence the necessity for us to get a professional in. Unfortunately that failed also.When they were here to clean and discuss why the roman blinds were so difficult to lift, the wife left scratches on the walls from her rings around the blind chain.In the end we have dirty blinds and only 1 out of 4 roman blinds that opens and closes easily, exposed holes in our existing window from their installer and scratches on our walls.I am not going to bother going to consumer appeals as they will request them to come back to rectify their work and if i see the husband again i will call the police.Do yourself a favour. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

I was thrilled with both the fantastic service and the excellent quality canvas blinds I recently had made for my verandah. It was literally a 2 week turnaround between ordering and installation. The choice of canvasses was great and I chose one exactly the same colour as my house paint. I totally love the blinds, both visually and practically - the best little home improvement I did all year. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with the backup service. Their curtain products are over priced and their is no customer support. When I asked them to fix a problem with their installation they charged me $185 call out fee - more than a plumber! - and the guy was here just 5 minutes. Avoid this business if you want value for money.

I cannot speak highly enough of the the service and the staff. They were always there and worked out the best solution for my home. From the owners and their cheery welcomes to the organisational staff to the installers they looked at our needs and considered our whole situation and provided a great solution. We obtained quotes from the other high profile advertised companies but after our experience we would not consider any one else.Thanks All at Co-Ordinated furnishings.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with.Quoted us one thing however when they came to install they were perplexed it was quoted that way as what they had quoted did not even fit on the windows!Took three installations to get everything done, including one time where the installer just did not turn up. Blinds were put on backwards and when I called to complain the owner accused me of breaking them. Once the installer confirmed that it was his error, I was offered no apology.The customer service at the company is appalling. After all the stuff ups, we were phoned within 15 mins of the final installer leaving to demand payment. I offered some advice ad to how they should treat their customers in future which probably fell on deaf ears.Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful! Romney and Lee were delightful to work with. Lee helped us find the perfect fabrics from their huge variety, then brought the samples to our house on the other side of the city to make sure they looked right. She did all the measurements and worked out a price that was extremely reasonable. It included master bedroom sheers, blockout curtains, and a coordinated quilted bed cover, plus curtains for three windows downstairs. The quality of all the finished items is impeccable and installation was very professional. So glad we found them!

I was going to buy online and was suggested Co Ordinated furnishings, They were GREAT, they fitted my 12 blinds and were still cheaper than i would have paid online (and the online ones still needed to be fitted) Great Service Great Price Great Product and Great Installer. Would Buy from them Again
