A very big thank you to Priti of Pretty N Ash Cakes for our beautiful wedding cake that our guests absolutely loved! Not only was it very well priced given the quality, it looked absolutely amazing. Priti was incredibly professional and organised and nothing was too much trouble. A very heartfelt thank you to you Priti for our fabulous wedding cake!

We ordered a custom cake for our daughter's 1st birthday and it turned up very beautiful. Priti discussed the cake design in detail as per our budget and the finalised cake was just as expected. The flavour and taste were good too, and everyone appreciated the cake at the party. Thanks, and we would like to order next time with Priti again!

Highly recommended!!! Have got my son's bday cake done for the second time and as usual the cake was a hit. We could taste all the flavours that we had chosen for the base, the butter cream n the ganache. The cake was absolute outstanding n I trust her work blindly. I n my son had jus gone to choose the design n the flavours n rest I left everything on her because I know how her passion n hard work shows up at the end. Thanks for doing the cake Preeti.

Really disappointed with the service. The cake we ordered from Pretty n Ash for our daughter's 1st birthday got spoilt the same day. We picked the cake before 12 pm as they don’t operate after that on Saturday’s and the party was in the evening. There was a foul smell in the cake the same night whereas such cakes last long. My wife called her to explain what happened and how we had to face embarrassment, she insisted to taste the cake and after that told she will refund the money without even my wife asking first. But after few hours she sends a message denying refund as she has spoken to her lawyer and the receipt states that refund will not be done if the client doesn't like the taste. My wife texted her back saying it’s spoilt, nobody can even taste it and no response from her after that. We never asked for refund. We had to throw the whole 3 tier cake...clear loss for us.
