Customer Service is incredible. You approach anyone employed, and can get help immediately. They know their stuff, they are even down for a minute or 2 of friendly basic chit-chat / Banter while serving you at the counter. Only if there is not a heavy population in store.

Good place with enthusiastic staff. Staff are respectful and will approach you in a friendly manner and are willing to help as best as they can. - Trade in prices are unfortunately not worth it as an item traded in for less is then sold near RRP as a preowned item.

Very friendly team and the shop looks super clean. Everything looks very nicely presented and colourful. Staff is very helpful and always there to help. One of the top stores in Sydney. Highly recommended!!

I called them to check if they’ve got fifa 23 for PS4, they said they have it. I requested them to put one aside for me as I was on the way to the store. The guy agreed. I rushed and made it to the store 10 minutes before closing. Then the guy was like, “ sorry we just sold the last copy”. Just wasted my time. One of the worst customer service I experienced.

Love hanging out here when missus does her shopping. It’s basically an adult club instead of games for kids.Staff are very friendly and helpful and they leave you to have your own private space to browse for items you want instead of following you around and makes you uneasy.Of all the EB Games I’ve been, this one particular in Burwood I love the most. This is the kind of shopping which never bores me.
