Once we found a property that was better than I had hoped for, that’s when the real fun began. She negotiated a price that made me so grateful to have her on my side, fighting for such a great outcome. While she was facing off with the vendors and their agent, she was keeping me, my conveyancer and banker, all doing what we needed to do, to hit the mark, and execute flawlessly. Ultimately, she got me into the market within 3 weeks, achieved a better property than I had allowed myself to hope for, at a price that quite convincingly came in under my planned budget.
