We were very disappointed by the results of this business after having great expectations from our initial visit when we submitted our first items. Not only did we get very low bid prices but the process took longer than estimated and communication was poor. They paid someone else for one item. We also used the Auction Barn and had much better results.

I recently sold a number of items through Allbids. I found all staff members with whom I had contact to be very pleasant, helpful and professional. The process was smooth and easy, with no stress whatsoever. I have been very happy with the service and would definitely use Allbids again.

Great admin staff and Andrew Vincent, a decent bloke who went out of his way to help on all occasions dealing with allbids. Have bought and sold with allbids. It's a simple process and allbids takes the hard work out of selling your items. Will definitely use again

Great to check what's available or to see if they have something suitable at the time.Have to be aware if you need to collect or delivery is included for some. It is written but be mindful.I have purchased many things this way.

I am a regular buyer from AllBids and I probably bought more that hundred items from AllBids. I never had any trouble with them before. I deposited $500 into my account and suddenly I started to getting annoyed to see my balance gone away. I had to call customer service everyday to fixed it. Recently, I realized that some byer get information from AllBids team and place their bet accordingly, specially car auction.Thanks for your response. If you have this condition then how wouldn't you restrict people to have these usernames. If your system cannot handle this simple condition that means you are running manual Auction system on line which you and your management can control the product auction price. All the online auction system runs automatically and your system runs manual old system.I was contacted by one of your management and explained the situation. I immediately, realize and should't use those username again but I am still restricted. Could anyone please tell me why still restricted? The worst auction business in Australia.

Allbids were amazing! I had 2 weeks to list all my items (80) of them for a charity ball for our farmers and Jo could not of been more patient and helpful. Nothing was a problem and they made it so so easy to hold my auction!

Last month i buy a mercedes benz c 180. This is a totally scrap. Because last sunday i was on road and my car was stop. My mechenic told me that its its gearbox damage and its cost minimum 2000 dollar.So it is fraud actually. Please not anyone buy car from allbids.

Not transparent systems was calculating freight accordingly attempted to contact prior to auction ending as system wasn’t calculating freight at all then once auction closed I got a response and the system was fixed (automated to incorrect post code) freight cost for 1 product then was over $52 tried to resolve with them but they said bad luck would have been same cost regardless of post code … not fair to charge what you want for freight after the auction has ended
