Highly recommend Jamie. I've tried a few different gym's over my time and with Jamie's knowledge he really got me results. Tailored training plans for the results I wanted. I can't thank him enough

I was after a trainer who could understand more about the body then just giving me a fitness plan, Jamie is well qualified and very knowledgeable in all aspects so I'm glad I made the call. You wont be disappointed with the service.
