At Key to Life the Trainers and sessions give you the opportunity to go outside your comfort zone within your fitness level. The sessions are never the same with a great deal of variety. The Key to Life Trainers take a personal interest in all individuals which goes a long way to push yourself further. I've been working with the Key-to-Life Team for a number of years and fully endorse KTL's Fitness & Well-being programs. Rohan, the team at Key to Life AND it's members are awesome! Their boxing and fitness sessions are fun, challenging and all-inclusive. I highly recommend any of their group or studio sessions if you are looking for a new studio in the north-east!

I love exercising outdoors, they motivate you, you meet new people with same goals and there’s lots of variety for a full body workout! I’ve lost a lot of weight and keeping it off!
