In short, Arken Built took away the stress of building in every stage, from inquiry, design, application processes, build and handover and remained personal throughout.We were very impressed with the level of detail and support during design phase in not only achieving a design that fits our lifestyle needs, but also Arken Built showing us what is achievable through utilising the sun during different seasons and further materials to make a energy efficient home, all within our budget.Arken Built clearly understand legislative requirements, and within a blink of an eye everything was lined up and out DA approved. Amazing amazing amazing.During the build we felt heavily involved in decision making, a process Arken Built obviously hold high as a professional standard so that the product delivered by them is personal and gave us an involvement not achievable with a project home builder. This also includes the way they would liaise between us and other trades to achieve the perfect finish.Every day we pinch ourselves that we get to own and live in a home that is bright, open and finished to the high level detail we could only ever dream of.

We renovated the interior of our 30 year old home through Arken Built. It was our first time renovating and they made the process seamless from start to finish. Excellent workmanship. Very happy with the transformation. Highly recommended.
