Richard was a godsend during my extended stay in Toowoomba after the birth of my son. He had to stay in hospital for 2 weeks after he was born :( I didn’t take enough of one of my medications, and if that wasn’t stressful enough, we couldn’t make the 5 hour return trip home to sort it out due to flooding. I was certain I wouldn’t be able to obtain another supply given the scheduling on the drug, but Richard was able to liaise with my regular pharmacy and provide me with more than enough to cover me for my stay in Toowoomba, despite having supply issues himself with the flooding and COVID.It was a weight off in a sh!t time, and I’m so grateful!!!!

Richard Elisabeth and the other staff who work at the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful you don't wait long for your medication but most of all is how nice and friendly all the staff are and make you feel welcome I would recommend Southtown Pharmacy to anyone looking for a very professional and friendly pharmacy I would recommend that you give Southtown Pharmacy a go and you will find how good and professional the pharmacy is, keep up the good work guys.
