The stuff in the shop is good, and the staff are nice, but typical North coast surf shop: don't go there in a great hurry! It's a big, well-stocked, well laid out store. They sell everything from hats, clothes, boards, board accessories.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable on all the products. They happily inform you of any specials going and they can order stock in. Great large range of kids clothes too. Great welcoming atmosphere ,always happy to shop here.

Tony and the staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new board, Tony spent a bunch of time with me to ensure I got just what I needed. Looked after me with the accessories and even installed the tail pad. Can’t go past these guys for range and service.Legend, thanks again Tony!

I destest clothes/ bikini shopping in general, but the sales girl Naomi made it such an awesome experience!!!She helped me gather some amazing items, was honest with her opinion on what looked good, great, amazing and what was a hard NO!" I LOVED that she was so honest and so incredibly helpful!The other staff were friendly too! Everyone saying hello but Naomi was THE girl on Saturday!! Was just awesome

Walked in to check out some body boards. I was only in for a minute but the young guy causally said hello as he was helping someone else and also checked if I needed anything as I was wondering. Was super friendly and really inviting. Will definitely be our go to for surf supplies in Ballina.

I clearly wasn't cool enough for this shop. I was ignored by the male staff member and when I asked questions about products it seemed like an immense chore to have to assist.I would not shop there again.
