I have been so impressed with this gym. I've never met front desk people so friendly, accomodating and helpful as the staff here. The gym is always clean and machines maintained well. I am so grateful for finding this little gem while being overseas the past few months! I highly reccomend!

I enjoy going to the gym here, the atmosphere is relaxed, safe and clean 24/7. All the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The facilities are maintained consistently to a high standard. The gym equipment is always maintained. Good variety of equipment and exercise options. Ample convenient parking. Staff are very helpful. Like other plus Fitness gyms, equipment is looked after and if it had classes, it would be a hole in one.
