I have been seeing Adam for several months now to help relieve the stress I hold in my shoulders and neck and the pain I get in my middle back. Adam has used a combination of massage, cupping and dry needling. Since seeing Adam I have felt a huge improvement in these areas. Adam listens to you and had a really caring nature.

Adam is an amazing practitioner with a heart of gold. He considers individual ailments carefully and makes effective decisions to release all tension in the muscles. I highly recommend Adam Gadd for remedial massage therapy. Each session has been tailored to help assist with the healing my body has needed each time. Adam has an extensive knowledge and so much experience in a wide range of techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial cupping, dry needling, sports massage among others. I have seen huge improvements in pain levels and general body functionality since attending regularly.Adam is very professional, caring and always happy to share great tips such as exercises and stretches to sustain long term benefits of treatments. Adam has an amazing understanding of the treatment needed and the correct massage techniques. He also uses dry needling to help relieve muscles and tensionI have been seeing Adam for over a year now for different ailments and each time he has certainly corrected issues with myself using techniques that work instantly or over a day or two relief has come.I fully endorse Adam and his massage style, great customer service. This was my first visit to Kinect to see Adam after moving to the area recently. I had been suffering shoulder pain for about 2 weeks after lifting pot plants in the garden.Within 10 minutes Adam had identified the issue and spent the next 50 minutes working on it.Before the visit i could barely lift my arm above my head, after the visit I was sore but had gained a lot of extra movement. Now 3 days on I am pain free with full movement.This guy is a genius and i can't recommend him enough!

In a very short amount of time, Adam has made a huge difference to a number of issues for me, including injury and some muscle/joint problems. I’ve had 8 months of pain and regular physio for a shoulder injury, and am amazed that after 1 appointment with Adam treating it, I’ve had no more pain. Adam is such a knowledgeable and helpful therapist. Highly recommend him!

I first started seeing Adam after i had multiple issues with all 4 limbs after an accident that had either stagnated in their recovery or needed to be worked on prior to an upcoming surgery. Adam throughout this entire experience has taken the time to put his knowledge to good use and has a range of tools to help with your treatment and he isn't afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to treatments. He geniunely cares about his patients and their outcomes and it shows with how he treats you on and off the table and celebrates the improvements with you. If i could rate him more than 5 stars i would.
