OTR Woodville Park Drive Thru

Waited 15 minutes in line while 3 workers where on 1 serving and 2 standing there chatting and rolling a smoke unprofessional

EXTREAMLY SLOW STAFF. SO POOR!! 15 minute wait for hot pie. Only 2 other cars before us ordering only 2 coffees. 3 staff walking around clueless

Always friendly ,most times it's fast service but early morning coffee fixes there is a delay ,coffee is good and right temperature

They didn't have items flashing up on the screens in the drive-thru. Also didn't serve in order of arrival.Updated: this is my regular on the way to work. As long as I'm not set on what I want I enjoy what I get.

Easy, convenient and quick.

Slow service if my SS over heat idling don't complain about exhaust fumes blondie .

Extremely terrible experience. Waited 15 minutes for cars in front of us (I understand there where there first) until it was my turn then two nasty aggressive females raced into the drive and almost hit the attendee and where served first. When I told the worker that I was first he told me that he 'knew I was first, but they were ODERING COFFEES'. The awful women then wound down their windows and started yelling a swearing at me. When I told the attendant they were swearing he ignored me completely and said 'have a nice day' in such a rude and insulting mannered. I left with my cigarettes completely shocked. Never been treated this way in my life.

A bit busy at the time I was there not so much as the time of day passes peak hour

disgusting service. went past the drive through and the young indian lady working tonight had no manners. no hello, couldn’t even be bothered stepping down from the till to take payment or give our drinks - i had to lean half my body out the window to grab them. also no goodbye or anything. absolutely disgusting. thanks otr - love the service of a so called drive through!
