I had previously dealt with Alpha Industries around 25 years ago, and when I was finally able to add a carport/verandah to my house, they were the first people I called.The price seemed to be very competitive, so I accepted and paid the deposit. Our area was far from straight-forward, and the measuring chap took quite a bit of time to ensure all the measurements were correct.Of course local Council approval takes time and no work could be done until it was finalised. However once the approval came through, Alpha made every effort to ensure it was up for my planned big event ... and they got it up well in time. The installer was a machine and installed it in a day ... although I had to call him back to tidy up a couple of bits and pieces ... he DID come back a few days later as promised and tidied those up for me.One slight problem ... I was unaware that bottom capping for our side screen was NOT included in the install. The salesman should have mentioned this and at least offered this option to me ... however thankfully the installer helped me out with this.We have had a couple of heavy rains and the structure has passed the test ... no leaks, and water drains away correctly. Thank you Alpha Industries, I have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

If you are looking for a shed I would avoid this company.communication and customer service is pretty much non existent.once they have your money you will have a hard time speaking to anybody about the progress of your job, Management is never available to speak to and the staff are very rude.You say that you have no record of every customer that gives you a bad review because you can't take responsibility of how poor your service is.If you think I'm not a legit customer I can showcase my contract to anyone who asks and also post the consumer affairs complaint that is coming your way!

We have now built 6 shed with Alpha industries and will not go anywhere else. Best price and service. From start to finish they are very helpful. Strong built shed. I have also sent family and friends to get there sheds and pergolas and they are extremely happy as well. We will be back again.

From start to finish Angela and the team at Alpha were friendly and gave the best advice with my massive 24x9m man cave (shed) .They use quality Australian materials and have great communication. I shopped around and they came out the best, and I highly recommend their products and service.

I've been very happy with the service, price and quality from Alpha. Quick to respond to emails, made council approval seamless and installation turned out to be several weeks earlier than originally advised, and fast. My shelter is top notch and I'll definitely use Alpha again. Thanks guys!
