I have recently got my make up and hair done here for a Birthday party by Mehwish, it was such a great experience. As I asked for my make up was done flawlessly, very natural look created by Mehwish. I did not show her any pics or anything, she did everything according to her best expertise. I don’t do make up ever and was so stressed about getting it done for a special occasion, however, I am glad that i got it done here and left with full of confidence. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointing with a new staff who has ruined my eyebrows. Each visit you get different person complain about last person for not doing job correctly. It is better to employ few permanent staff who knows how to do job correctly. Though prices are increased but quality of service has certainly gone down.

Extremely disappointed with the basic eyebrow shaping services provided. The staff (I don’t want to name her) just ruined my eyebrows and left me with cuts near the eyebrows. Will not recommend this place for eyebrows at all. They should really check the skills before hiring someone.

I have been there a few times for eyebrow threading. The first time I went was over six months ago and it was incredible and I was very happy with it. The last two times I went, the quality wasn't as good because there were eyebrow hairs left behind in between my eyebrows and under the main brow. I didn't notice at the time as my eyes were watering and the lighting wasn't that good. But when I went home I noticed straight away. It wasn't just the ones too short to thread either - there was proper long hairs left behind, like the therapist was rushing and didn't finish properly. I think it depends on the person who does it but I wish it was more consistent.

Have been going here for sometime now, however the last two times I have had my nose stud pulled out of my nose which has led to infection and given me a keloid. Both times were from the same Hijabi Staff member, she does a great job on your eyebrows but if you have a nose stud be warned she may pull it out, next time I am there I will either have to wear a mask or get someone else to do it. Everywhere else I have been has never had this happen but to have this happen two times in a row by the same staff member is quite disappointing. Thank you for giving me another infection just as the previous one was healing.

I come here every few months to get my eyebrows done, it's amazing value and doesn't take long. my mood always improves after being able to get my eyebrows threaded. :)

Avoid this place at all costs. Awful awful awful, took chunks out of our eyebrows, no hygiene standards, using same thread on 3 separate people, dropped the spooly on the floor & picked it up to use directly on customers face. Most disappointing place we have ever stepped into.
