What a great geological structure. Pity it has graffiti all over most of it. Still good to stop and look around it. There are big potholes in the parking lot so be careful.

I'm very disappointed that the lowlife have found this historical location a perfect location for their graffiti. Also could've had a plaque telling us who thunderbolt was and the circumstances of his death

Unfortunately it has a large amount of graffiti, however it is a rock with interesting history, I can recommend looking into the history of the famous NSW Caption Thunderbolt the gentleman bushranger" Australia's longest lasting bushranger."

Came here in school holidays. There was just one other person here visiting. Can see why thunderbolt came here as there is such a great view up here. Would be even better if they could put some bbqs and picnic sheltered areas here.

As part of a history trail it was great. Next time we'll bring a cut lunch and a picnic rug and stay for longer so we can enjoy the view from up high and imagine life through the eyes of the outlaws or those unsuspecting stage coaches.
