Customer service in the service department has deteriorated to a very low level in the past 12 months or so. I have a VW & Audi that I only ever got serviced at RMG but the past 3 visits the new service team have little interest or even knowledge in the vehicles the sales team sell. There Arrogance has turned me away from even buying new cars from them. I would recommend going elsewhere.

We purchased our new 2022 Kia Sportage from Riverina Motor Group in January 2022 with an expected delivery date of August 2022.Car Dealers world-wide are struggling with stock and we were happy to wait. Throughout the year, the team at Riverina - Nicole Harmer, Carley Burns and Monique Ellis- kept us informed of the expected delivery date. Whenever we had a query, nothing was too much trouble. Mentioned our puppy.... immediately offered us a dog hammock for the rear seats for protection.We were advised in early July that our car was available approx. 6 weeks earlier than expected. My husband flew from Sydney to pick up the car and immediately there was an offer to pick him up from the airport.Absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend Riverina Motor Group for your new car purchase.

My journey with RMG started by accident. I was driving back from Sydney to Adelaide on Saturday, when the car I purchased broke down just outside Wagga (2018 Land Rover TD6 - id had it for 23 hours from the dealer in Sydney) I had the car towed in the direction of RMG is there used to be a Land Rover dealer in the area. I was in a rush to return to Adelaide for an appointment I had to keep and it was 11.30am. All the hire companies had been fully booked. Fortunately, I was directly outside RMG's used cars and I met Dale. I was able to purchase a car from him and I was on the road within an hour of meeting him. Not only that, but he is facilitating the repairs of my other new car. He communicates with clarity and honesty and I am really hoping he can be the reliable conduit in fixing my 2018 Disco. Highly recommend RMG based on everything I experienced personally.

Pleased with the service I have received from the service department of this place. Knowledgeable and polite staff that are willing to help and go the distance (literally!). Meticulous mechanical service with competent mechanics. This is not one of those stores that are out to rip you off just because you drive an European car or just because they are good.

Bought a used Mitsubishi Triton from Riverina Motor Group in Wagga Wagga in August 2017 and the whole purchasing and service experience has been very, very good. Sales staff were great and very professional. Had a few minor mechanical issues during, and just out of, the warranty period and the service team were excellent and very thorough. Even when they were very busy and I arrived unannounced with a problem, nothing was too much trouble. This is the type of service that brings buyers back. Big thank you to Nathaniel, Steve and Richard.
