Ordered the Honda online for delivery and was advised was not in stock HOWEVER Steve Flick gave good advice on next available option (Masport) and delivered the next working day. From what was a potential problem to a good fix. Thanks for excellent service.

Ordered a $700 hedger and paid for everything up front being told it would be a weeks wait. After 3 weeks I rang the store to ask and was lied to being told it was on the way, this happened multiple times over 8 weeks. I had to go into the store again and had to have them order the item in front of my own eyes. It took over 3 months for me to receive my product and I was compensated with a 10 dollar can of lubricant. Wouldn’t recommend this store especially when there are plenty of other good shops north of Sydney who won’t lie to you.

My husband sent our whipper snipper to the shop for repair at end of January and only got it back at the end of March.We have chased the shop many times for a completion date but was given the reason that the part was not available. However, this is a complete lie as we called up the Melbourne spare part and they said the part was widely available and would only take a few days to send down to sydney.When we finally got our whipper snipper back we noticed that they had swap our brand new air filter to a very dirty one. Horrible and stressful repair experience with Artarmon Mower Shop, never recommend anyone to come here.

Very knowledgeable people here who are patient with not so knowledgeable customers! Good service! Reasonable repair and service prices. Like all mower repair shops don't expect your machine to be ready the next day!

Beware of the truth with Artarmon Mowers, I left my mower for a service and blade replacement on 20/6 and told it would be ready in 2-3weeks. After 3 weeks I was told service complete, just waiting on blades. After 5 weeks I was told still waiting on blades, despite them being widely available at Bunnings. I asked to have my mower prepared for pick up now 39 days after drop off, assured again service was complete and job card would be finalised. Arrived on day 40 to pick up only to learn nothing had ever been done to the mower, oh and they were still waiting on the blades. Not even so much as an apology from the staff. Lesson here, shop around for the truth and actually get your job completed.

My parents sent their whipper snipper into the shop for repair at the end of January and was quoted $190 for the repair. They got a call that it was ready and went into store on the 27th of February to pick it up. When arriving at the store, they requested for the staff member to demonstrate that it was working. After several attempts to start it up, it was evident that it was not working. The staff member advised that the 'pump' was broken and said that the store would take it back to be fixed. Over the next 4 weeks, they chased up the store 4/5 times requesting for an update on the progress of the repair. The staff promised they would follow up on the 'order of the parts,' but failed to get back to them every time. When they finally got a call to pick up the whipper snipper, the owner said they would be charged an additional $22 to replace the part which the store broke. After questioning this with the owner, they were met with horrible, rude attitude and they failed to take responsibility. The service was disgustingly rude and I would never recommend anybody to come here.

I was given a wonderful 20 year old Honda 4 stroke mower , sadly would not start. I was advised by my friend who has mowed lawns professionally for 35 years to take mower to Artarmon Mowers. Well I did take it there and they were brilliant both with explaining what they would do and could do . The car is was no good after sitting for 10 plus years and they supplied a recon one if I could have had a new one. They did full service new blades and WOW!!Honda 4 strokes are awesome cut very very well and yes they are heavy but built to last. I highly recommend Artarmon mowers for their skill and knowledge. You know they are good when the pros use them. Thanks for making my mower young again.

Had a antique victor edger that was put into Lindfield mowers last year for a service.Artarmon Mowers has been helpful in locating the edger and servicing it promptly. Thankyou for finding the item that has significant sentimental value.

Wonderful service. Great advise about what we need or don't need, patient with giving good newbie intro for new tool. Great prices.There is a reason that at least three different Bunnings service reps in two different shops recommended this place to us over Bunnings' own offerings.
