Ben & Andrew from Park Real Estate were engaged to handle the sale of our property in Bli Bli, Qld recently.The deal with Park Real Estate is they offer their buyers one shot at the title. There is no back and forth price bidding to artificially inflate prices to increase their commission from the sale, and we as sellers know exactly where we sit with the final prices.All buyers were aware of this policy and knew that the price they offered was final, and Andrew & Ben vetted them to make sure they were genuine, and not tyre kickers out for a thrill.The final price was above the listed price, which made us happy, and the new owner can be assured that the estate company presented the property as is with everything shown on the table, no hidden items to come out of the blue at the end.Throughout the whole experience, both Ben and Andrew kept us appraised of the situation, and held our hands during those moments where we had second thoughts about leaving what we had built and loved for so long. It was time, and both of them made it as painless as possible, very professional and genuine.It's possible that you may get a cheaper agency to handle your property, but everyone we have dealt with since while looking for our new home has left us feeling like the poor cousins with their off hand attitude to us as genuine buyers.
