The staff is really rude.. i called so many times because the staff ask me to just keep trying to dial in, once connected the staff ask me to call again another days, only available wed and friday 10am-2pm, i call on wed since 10am and just connected at 12pm the staff ask me to ring back again another day.. I'm very disappointed with your service not really helpful.

Its very friendly and if you have any issues they listening very carefully and friendly and also very helpful. I just talk on the phone with one lady last time her name was jinfar something like that she was very helpful thanks a lot
