When I was in there last the owner was beyond rude to me and very grumpy. Basically told me my bike was cheap and thrown together. Also wouldn’t tell me how much it was going to be for the repairs (or at least let me know before work was done). So I had to leave whilst he called after me in front of other customers, telling me he had only 5* reviews. I was so embarrassed…for him. They’re also over priced in my opinion and I’ve owned 2 high spec e-bikes over last 8 years. Wouldn’t ever go again. I can see other negative reviews which are met with a lot of defensive comments from the owner. Fully expect the same to happen next. Pity he can’t take things on the chin and see them as an opportunity to improve.

Handsome, charismatic and I bought a beaut bike for the best price! All three gorgeous guys jumped in to serve me & I walked out with my brand new bike 25 minutes after I walked in! They offered a perfect fit, after discussing my requirements of a lighter weight ebike (yes, it’s possible!) price, style, suspension, lights, and lock. These guys know bikes, and they took the time (25 mins) to know what I wanted. I shopped here because I had outstanding service at Hornsby a few years ago, but Pyrmont was more convenient today. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, considerate. 10 stars if I could. Thanks Sheldon (Sorry, I didn’t catch the other names)

SEB was so easy to deal with, they ordered my bike in, assembled it and the turn around was super quick. Santiago was a great help through the ordering process and im stoked with my purchase from them. Great service and highly recommended to use these guys, they know their stuff! Thanks again Team!

I just want you to know that the service here was fantastic. I dealt with Martin, Diego, Santiago and Jake and all were so amazingly helpful and Kind. There was no push to buy and they had patience with me while deciding on buying and in explaining and showing me how to work my new bike. I would definitely recommend them and I'm so glad I got my bike from them. They are all really passionate about bikes.

Excellent service at every stage; from the initial visit to browse, to my final purchase. We could not have asked for better service from the guys at SEB - Pyrmont. Being first time ebike owners and therefore total novices, Jake and Santiago were patient and understanding and happy to spend whatever time we needed. Initially we had planned on buying a different bike from another company online, but are so happy that we made the decision not to and went to SEB where we received excellent service and ended up with fabulous bikes. Our maiden ride today certainly turned heads and who wouldn't turn to take a better look at these beauties. Knobby tread tyres for all terrain, hydraulic brakes, 48v 21ah battery and great service from the guys at SEB to look after us. Very happy. Thank you Sydney Electric Bikes.

Jake & Team are fantastic. The Pyrmont shop has a great vibe to it and the Team is very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure you select a bicycle that suits your needs. After two visits to the shop I picked up my beautiful Kalkhoff ebike last Friday and it’s been great. Highly recommend ebikes as a healthier and environmental-friendly mode of transport - and SEB is the shop to buy one.

Just purchased a Focus Jam 6.8 from Santiago and the team at Sydney Electric Bikes. I have received fantastic service and guidance along the way. Nothing was to much trouble and even though there was a slight delay In Delivery due to shipping from overseas I have been kept up to date at all times. Love the bike even though the trip home In The pouring rain got it all dirty - thanks Santiago

My wife and I purchased our Tern GSD from Sydney Electric Bikes - Pyrmont. Sheldon and Santiago were extremely helpful during the entire process. We were able to test ride several different bike models from various brands before deciding on and ordering our ideal bike.
