Staff were pleasant and helpful and good range of products too.

Problem with operating the Luxaflex blind which was fitted less than a year ago. Called twice in a week to lodge a defect complaint with the Fyshwick office. Absolutely no response to date. Will keep trying.

Outstanding purchasing and installation experience. All staff from in store to installation have been fantastic. No hesitation in recommending Allan Smith and his team at Riteway Curtains and Blinds. In the shop 1 July, measured, quoted, ordered delivered and installed 16 July.

We went to Riteway Curtains after a Google search of curtain companies around Canberra after a poor experience with another supplier. Best decision ever! Consultant Talha, and the ladies in the showroom were all excellent. They were very knowledgeable and able to help my partner and I work out what we wanted. Talha was super accommodating in coming out to our home outside of work hours to discuss patterns and measurements. The original quote came in over what we had budgeted for, so we worked on finding a cheaper pattern along with Riteway looking to provide the best discount/price possible ensuring we got the look and style we were after. We waited just under 2 months for the curtains which is what we were told to expect. Install by their fitters was easy and they tidied as they went. Extra holes were put in the ceiling when installing one of the curtains by mistake and this is in the process of being fixed. They have been quick at organising trades to fix this problem (plasterer and painter). Overall excellent service and in love with our choice of curtains!

Terrible service, no communication on status, delayed work, forgot to measure. Not a good experience so far.

Waited over half an hour in the Fyshwick showroom while other customers were being served. When one of the staff members had become available, she rushed off out the back despite the fact I had been waiting for quite some time. I waited another 5, however she never reappeared. Very disappointing experience given this company is attempting to sell a 'premium' product. Don't waste your time visiting the showroom as they're clearly not interested in new business and are seemingly oblivious to what customer service is.

One of the most important things when choosing styles and colours of blinds and curtains is patience and depth of knowledge from sales staff. Alan at Riteway has that in abundance! Great range of material and professional advice is certainly available at this store. Prices competitive. Highly recommended.

I was so pleased to get help on how to change the pull chord to the other end of the Curtain Track. The staff were so willing and converted a spare Curtain Track that I had, with me, giving me instructions as they did it. So simple when shown! Without their help, I would not have been able to work it out I am sure. I then obtained two plastic brackets to attach the pull chord to the wall at no cost. Thank you ladies for such willing and friendly help. We will be back.

Home measurement service is brilliant.Sharon is really lovely to work with but I do have to agree the store experience needs to be improved. Been twice and. .......felt like I was a bother!!!!
