Terrible service. Especially the test drive part. The sales person just gave me the key and show me to the car and have to return in 15 mins. The worst part I have to figure out all the button myself because the sale man wasn't in the car. My old car doesn't have all those fancy button or function so I spend a fair bit of time figure it out by myself. When I get back, the sale man told me that his finance guy will call me back but never get a call back.

Myself and my husband visited the Burswood dealership to browse and enquire about a hybrid.We were ignored by sales staff and only after saying to my husband that I’ll go give my money to John Hughes did someone perk up. But, too late and we walked out and purchased one from John Hughes MG - who were amazing throughout the process.

I purchased my Haval a week ago, highly recommend there sales department, I dealt with Neil he was just amazing so easy to deal with. Made myself and my children feel so welcome. Easy handover didn’t have to wait long at all for my vehicle. Neil spent time showing me how the functions on the car work. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a Haval.
