Swapped over to MyOwn Tel from a large national provider that had terrible service. Router was delivered the very next day, from interstate, and within an hour of it arriving, I was back on the internet with speeds well in excess of the previous provider. Highly recommend MyOwn Tel!

I signed up in January for fixed wireless nbn and I have to say it has been the easiest process thanks to the extremely help tech support people. Vey short wait times when phoning in for assistance. Alison signed up my parents with exceptional assistance

Started with MyOwn Tel in June and I couldn’t be more happier with the service. The Fibre connection was easy and the customer care and technical staff were top notch and easily contactable. No long waiting queue. Then I relocated my services to my new house and the NBN relocation was absolutely flawless. They sent me all the hardware exactly on the day I moved in and the connection was up and running from day one. Absolutely amazing service, great connection speeds as promised ! 6 stars in my opinion!!!

I was a customer of My Own Tel for more than 18 months. I moved apartments recently and sent the move details to My Own Tel 2 weeks in advance. I have moved to the new apartment now for a week and I still don't have internet. It would appear that My Own Tel does not do ground work and if the apartment does not have an NBN, they don't know what to do. Communication was very poor. I was a happy customer until this very poor experience. I ended up canceling the service and arranged with another supplier.

Got stuck on setting up the router,called for assistance,technicians answered the phone within 10 seconds and got our problems solved with patience. Highly recommended. I mean,you’ll know my feeling if u’ve called other companies before and been put 30 mins on hold with annoying music went on…

It's the worst experience ever I swear to God and technical support is awful even if you experience any problems with connection but no success they say we can send someone to fix it but you have to pay. Once you've signed with them you locked up even if you don't receive the service you were supposed to get and if try to cancel the the service you have to pay the fees of the 2 years. People please runaway any other company is better than them
