I'm really enjoying working with Ashton and already noticing the difference in my body. The treatment is very holistic (hands on & exercise rehab) and also realistic (tailored to me and where I'm at). Ash really listens, encourages and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. The past year and a half i have had a serious back injury where i couldn't sit of stand the doctor told me i needed surgery. I found this place Alpha and Ash (lovely by the way) set me up with Will and he has fixed me to normal again. Will is the best and i highly recommend this place because everyone there are Brilliant and know exactly what to do and how to treat. Thank you so much Alpha :)

I approached Ashton from Alpha around 6 weeks ago with a tennis elbow injury I have carried around with me for more than 3 years. Due to this, in addition to chronic pain, I had lost function in my left arm including grip strength and joint mobility. In these last weeks, Ashton has guided me over Zoom, with an exercise plan that is workable from home and around my life. I now have a solid plan to recover fully, and am already seeing remarkable improvement. Thank you so much, Ashton for helping me get a big part of my life back, and looking forward to being able to do the Macarena again like a boss!

Relief after 8 years of back pain. Dr Ashton and Alpha Sports have taken me from being miserable every day to being pain free (most of the time) and having strength, movement and a quality of life back that I thought was gone forever.Right from the first visit Dr Ash was able to point out things that other doctors I’d seen had not, and her treatment, rehab program and sincere support has been amazing. Along the way Ashton (and Dr Matt) have helped me with a bunch of other little injuries as well.With all they have done for me I would strongly recommend Alpha Sports Medicine & Osteopathy to anyone.Keep up the great work guys!

So glad I found Alpha Sports Medicine!As a PT I have dealt with a lot of people in the allied health industry with varying degrees of success, or even progress. Personally I had tried a number of different modalities (physio and chiro) for chronic hip pain with no success. I thought it was time to try an osteo with Ashton as she was highly recommended and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I now have little to no pain and I still continue to see Ashton on a monthly basis for a tune up. I have also been sending my clients to see Ashton and they all love her and what she's been able to do for them to get them back to training and keeping them training throughout their treatment.

Very good! Physiotherapist Dan Chang helped resolve the pain I was experiencing around one of my knees. Dan found the source of the pain and his treatment and the rehab exercises he prescribed resolved my issue. Great communicator and a very knowledgeable and overall nice guy. Thank you Dan.

Dr Ashton is a star. First and foremost I am super impressed with her ability to quickly and accurately diagnose the underlying issues that are leading to issues with the body, and then map out a plan to recovery and explain that process. I have never felt I am being drawn out or along. Client first approach!!Secondly, Dr Ashton has a great energy about her that makes her engaging and interesting to talk to during the consult. 10/10 for mine.
