Great to be able to get into a room before 2pm but at $240 a night (online booking price) it would have been nice to have a lamp on the bedside table!

Menu was very good however the cooking of the food was amateurish. Steak was overcooked one side and rare on the other. Quality steak ruined by inability to cook. The barra was undercooked and very greasy. Maybe the chef is not on today and a ring in is employed. Asked for steak to be cooked more and they kept plate warm that had salad. Confirmation a person with 0 ability was cooking today.

Always plenty going on at the Roey.Many different bars to cater for all types and a excellent bistro bar that serves great pub meals every day.Sports bar with TAB and plenty of live music on weekends for the younger crew.Always worth a visit when in Broome.

Not a bad pub, make sure you have plenty of cash for beer though. $10 for a can of emu! And that's happy hour

Only good, as across the whole business, in the air-conditioned areas, low tables are at a premium. Presuming that the business model is changing to younger patrons who can balance on bar stools or someone accidentally purchased too many high tables and stools. Hope this trend changes as this is the only bar in town. As a person who has fallen off a stools recently, I will only be staying for drinks or meals at a low table and will need to stand on those short occasions when I'm desperate for a drink.

We stayed one night here in a superior room which was upstairs above the pool area. Staff were really great & super helpful. We booked a room here mainly for the free airport shuttle as we were arriving late. Shuttle came almost as soon as we rang for it. Room was ok, a huge smart TV. Comfortable beds everything else just basic. A little overpriced for what you get, but that's Broome.
