Dr. Hemalatha Birra is the most unprofessional and rude practitioner I have ever come across. She will not listen to you, she has to google everything as she seems to have very limited knowledge and will speak over you. Do not bother attending this practice, waste of time.

I just had to copy and pasted anothers here as it was perfect.I would definitely give NEGATIVE star if I was allowed to. Stay away from Dr. Hemalatha Birra (I’m so reluctant to address her with Dr. though) if you do value your life! She’s absolutely the most ignorant, arrogant, unhygienic and the rudest ‘doctor’ I’ve seen in my entire life. She’s not even able to identify any root cause with any basic medical knowledge or experience. She relentlessly ignored my medication history and asked me what it was for instead. I ended up being told there was no problem, however, my symptoms have been lasting almost two weeks and getting worse and worse. Moreover, no racist or offense, her horrible accent confuses people especially while wearing masks these days. Whereas, she mocks people who can barely understand her poor English and nonsense.And further this thing of a doctor should not be practicing anywhere! What an absolute pig!

Today was my first day I got dr Birra and whilst asking for certain medical supplies she started yelling at me about her not knowing what it is, and outright refusing to try get me things I’d need for a life threatening condition. She definitely shouldn’t be allowed to be a doctor

I would give a minus rating if I could. Had the worst experience ever. Hemalatha Birra (I find it hard to call her Dr.) was the rudest most unprofessional and clueless doctor I’ve ever seen. She has no clue what she’s doing or how to deal with simple health conditions. She gave me no solutions and mocked me for worrying about my health. She kept speaking over me not listening to what I had to say. Asking irrelevant questions I was sent home without any advice. The first time I walk out of a Doctor’s office feeling helpless. She has 0 empathy and 0 knowledge. Having to google everything. Didn’t even examine me.I don’t think this lady should be practicing medicine!!!

I saw Dr Hemalatha Birra from this medical centre. She was absolutely unhelpful. She didn't get up once from her chair which was almost 3 metres away during the entire consultation and did not examine me. I basically had to examine myself. I had to prompt every part of the consultation including to ask what symptoms I should look out for, which she did not answer. Instead she asked if I have family history of particular condition and was satisfied i was at no risk just because I said no. She is dismissive and appears to have a very basic approach to medicine without capacity for analytical thinking.

I have had two sessions with Mrs Barra. The first session was quite awkward and it was my first time ever to visit a GP which made me feel little weird about the visit. Second session I got to know she is a rude person who needs to google things to extract information. The other lady doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.

today it is my first time to go to this medical centre and also my last time. I know mandarine and the Chinese receptionist is very rude, treating me without respect, she doesn't have good spirit. Never come there again!!

First time going there and god, those two (silver haired lady with black glasses and the brown eyed asian guy) soulless apathetic unfriendly zero people oriented skills receptionists are the worst. I can’t understand why they hire this people who notoriously lost the spark of their own lives and now their only achievement is ruining others people lives. They seemed to be so annoyed by everything, the lady restlessly answering the phone with such a sharp tone as she owned the whole medical centre. Both receptionists being rude to each other and then giving attitude to everybody. Burn.

I went regardless of the reviews and regretted it. I gave a second star for bulk billing, but there's a reason this place is one of the very few in the Inner West that still bulk bills all patients. The receptionist was helpful and efficient. The waiting area isn't fancy, but it's clean and has new comfortable seats. The female doctor was the let down. No welcome, just what is it?" and she managed to stuff up even a very simple request. She said I didn't mention the details and that's why she went about it the wrong way

The doctor here quacks louder than a duck, but that is as good a performance you'll get from her. Salt gargles, 8/day! That'll cure the plague.
