I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by enableHR. They don't care about customers, never call back, never respond to emails. I have never experienced this kind of terrible customer service ever. Even if I asked many times that I need help urgently they don't care about it, I would not recommend enableHR to any organisation, there are many better and professional service providers so please avoid enableHR if you can.Thank you very much Annette for not ignoring my review and organising someone to contact and discuss the issues I am having. I had a catch up with lovely ladies Catherine and Biljana yesterday and it was very helpful as they listened to my concerns and helped wherever they could so after my catch up with them I have changed my impression about enableHR in a positive way. From last few days I have seen a positive chang in customer service as well and I am hoping it'll improve more and will be even better moving forward, I would like to change my rating from 1 to 3 start and I hope enableHR will continue to improve to provide best experience to the clients.

We cancelled our subscription over a month ago in writing with the partner that signed us up. When another payment was deducted a month later I contacted our Partner who advised that they had forwarded on the cancellation and there was nothing else they could do. I then contacted EnableHR directly and was advised that someone would call me back that day only to find that I have had to call yet again as no one reached out.I'm then told I need to reply to an email and go through everything again before someone will be assigned to my case! This is poor service by a Company that prides themselves on being a HR Company. I will NOT be recommending to any of my business associates.
