Best Friend Holiday Retreat

We stayed in a fenced powered camp site. The dog parks are excellent. Truly dog friendly. We are coming back and hiring a cabin. Will be regular stop for us and our Greyhound.

We stayed in the budget cabins for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The chilled sparking wine and treats were a wonderful welcoming touch! Helen and Rob were very lovely hosts and most happy to help with all of our questions. They were also very responsive when we saw a snake. Our dog had the best time exploring 5 off lead areas. Hydrobath and complementary towels were also very helpful. The bird life was a treat to watch. We saw koalas and an echidna too, didn't see the resident wombat though! There's no phone reception but we were looking for a technology detox anyway. The 1 bedroom budget cabin we were in was clean and there was ample equipment to cook multiple meals. There were also board games and DVDs available but we had plenty to keep us entertained. Highly recommend and we are already considering our next visit! Last week was our 5th time staying at Best Friends. Like all the other times this time was just as amazing, peaceful, relaxing and plenty to do in the national park, beaches and towns close by.We have 2 rescue greyhounds who love our trips away. Owners Helen and Rob are lovely, warm and friendly.

Dog friendly caravan/cabin park. Suit dog people and their 4 legged friends(only dogs allowed). Good clean amenities and camp kitchen, variety of fenced and unfenced sites and cabins all fully dog friendly. Dog hydro bath available free to use. 6 very large dog areas all fully fenced inc. dog agility course. Holiday with a difference.

Best dog friendly caravan park all time!!! Our Loki loves it, plenty of off leash area, and u can see Koala running right in front of u. Not many mozzies which is a bonus. Next time would like to try the fenced site:)

Gorgeous surroundings, totally set up for doggy family members, with off leash areas, doggy hydrobath and day care. We stayed in a deluxe cabin with full facilities. Owners are delightful and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable

The most beautiful place lovely walks cosy cabins and your dogs right by your side. Highly recommended this amazing place if you love your dog's to go camping nice clean run areas for dogs

Best ever holiday retreat if you are travelling with your dog. Helen and Rob is really nice and very helpful. Cabins are clean and spacious. We spotted two Koala right next to our cabin. What a wonderful experience that was. Abundance of birds flying around.We had a really good time! Thanks again to Helen and Rob for making our stay comfortable.

Amazing rooms very well kept.Helen and Rob showed great warmth and look after the guests really well.We had to keep our dog as we were visiting national parks and they really looked after it very well.Plenty of off leash areas for dog to socialise.Our dog has positively changed after this experience.
