I have been going there on and off for over 3 years for a knee and then a lower back issue and received nothing but great service and enjoyed my classes immensely. There aren’t words to describe how grateful I am to Aditi for her help and expertise! I’ve gone from debilitating daily pain to being mostly pain free in just a couple of months with her. Not only is she excellent in her treatment, but also a real pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough! The studio is a lovely, clean, inviting space and the admin team are always welcoming. I’d recommend The Movement Laboratory to anyone needing physiotherapy care.

I attend the movement Laboratory twice a week and do a reformer Pilates class with Nicole. She is Amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional, always friendly, she makes note at all times of injuries and helps you overcome them. Front of office Rebecca, also very professional, friendly and always willing to help. One always feel like they are getting the best . Thanks movement laboratory

Anastasia has helped me to fix pain in my ankle due to arthritis. It is no longer sore. She has also helped me to develop immense strength and stamina in my legs that I didn’t previously experience. Now at the age of 60 I can return to doing ballet which I love. Thank you for helping me to change my life.
