Star Car Wash - Westfield Liverpool

They are okay at their job but not transparent with pricing and options add-ons for eg: buff and polish is just them smearing polish all over the car and wiping it off. When I wanted and expected a buff with a electric buffer like every other car washing place

Save yourself a headache and do not go to this place! I paid for their premium car wash service ($57) and this is what I received:- poor cleaning inside; leaving finger prints and areas undone-items that were in my boot had been taken out and placed on their wet dirty floor then placed back in- they had unbuckled my baby car seat which had been professionally installed. When I complained about this the owner had the audactity to say it was like this before (Which is was not ofcourse!!) and couldn't figure out how to put it back in.No apology either from the owner or workers!Will never come back to this car wash place again after getting such horrible service. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Every time I use star it is always a disappointment (I only use them when I am under time constraints). Today I had to prompt them to wipe down the door frame back of the seats and middle console as there was dirt from shoes still on there. The cup holder is never wiped down.There was still rubbish in the boot as it was not cleaned. A big disappointment

This is what I get to see for my brand new Audi . Scratches on the rear . Definitely it was mishandled during car wash. The owner is saying that this happed due to garage door. If that was the case it wud be scratch right thru.

Paid $72 for car wash and clean inside and gave plenty of time to clean but came back and had to tell them to clean parts of outside and inside that should’ve been done the first time. I’d rather do it myself for that much. Probably won’t go back unless they give me a complimentary $72 car wash for the last time I went in.

Just picked up my car from Liverpool Westfield & I must say super dissatisfied. I left my car at 1:20pm and didn’t receive any notification that car was finished, I had to call myself to be told it was ready to be picked up at 4pm. Exterior wash was average, Interior vacuum awful!! Only drivers side was vacuumed passenger side was left untouched. Photos will be posted.At this point in time I would not recommend this place to anyone, after my own experience and also reading through past COMMON awful reviews.

Poor service, didn’t clean the car vacuuming was bad and got charged $90

never been so disappointed asked for polish clean inside out, however did not deliver. They just vacuumed the floor only and washed outside. did not even vacuum the seats and wipe the interior sent evidence via text message however did not reply. I do not recommend

DO NOT WASH OR CLEAN YOUR CAR HEREJust had my brand new land rover defender cleaned here only to find they carelessly broke one of the carpet clips to lock into place.Manager is completey rude and just yells over you, taking zero responsibility.I wish I had read the reviews before going because it seems that's all this place does- damage cars.

For $65.00 wash & vacuum I expect the car to be tip top clean. There was still areas of the car not cleaned properly and my boot was very wet and I had to bring it to their attention to wipe it down.I had to open my boot when I got home to dry the carpet as it was still very wet.I’ve had my car cleaned better than that and at a cheaper price.
