OPSM Raymond Terrace

Very disappointed with service, spent over $1000 on 2x glasses, don't even get new glass cases with my specs, did ask, but all I got was an apology with no reason. I will be getting in touch with the head office regarding the store and costs. Done a comparison with another optometrist and gave me a lower costing with same frames and lenses

Very incompetent staff. Most have absolutely no idea about anything and Paul is so arrogant and that’s if he can get off Facebook . Certainly wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone wanting good service

The Raymond Terrace OPSM is awesome. From the welcome, to the optometrist, the appointment itself and to the help and selection of glasses - all aspects exceeded expectations. Competition often leaves you feeling like a piece of cattle, whereas here the service is personalised, friendly and kind. They know your name, you know theirs, and you know what is going on at all times. The selection was awesome and all budgets catered for, not only designer. I took ages during selection and they were as helpful as much or little as I wanted which was greatly appreciated (and patient haha!). On pickup, again, I was happily surprised as their professionalism and kindness exceeded expectations. Something so rare this day and age, OPSM really has something special at Raymond Terrace. Thank you all!
