Well curated selection and charming, helpful staff

Decent sized store with friendly staff. Large selection of clothes at reasonable prices. Particularly nice sunglasses (brand new and pretty cheap, with UV protection).

Absolutely horrible service soooo over priced and rude.I need op shops unfortunately I can't afford to shop here.I actually asked where the normal items are because I did not find one item under $20.She hunted and found a grey t.shirt target $15When I asked why I was told all designer.I said im sorry I was looking for an op shop ,I just need some staples for kids.Straight faced we can't help you we don't have cheap hereYes I cried and left feeling as poor as ever.Shame on you red CrossBeware everything is overpriced.Volunteers are obviously older and completely out of touch.Beware and avoid GORDON.

I'm happy that this place is my closest red cross because the staff are always polite and the prices are pretty reasonable. I've found a couple pair of sports leggings for $5 each during my last few visits, they always seem to have activewear in the 4,6 and 8 sizes. I will continue to shop here and I hope this branch never closes because its my favrioute thrift store in the whole of Gordon!

I visited the Red Cross store in Gordon a few times. There is this older lady who always kept her eyes on me wherever i moved in the store, as if i was going to shop lift. There was one time when i was browsing at some tops on the rack, I could feel someone was watching me so i turned around and there she was, looking at me at the end of the rack. My turn must have taken her by surprise because she quickly covered up with a smile and asked if I was all right, to which i answered tersely i am fine, thank you. Most other staff in the store are nice and friendly except this older staff. Were she not trained in customer service, not to follow customers around as if they are going to steal something. An absolutely horrid woman.

The older staff member that works here is horrid. I'm a local so used to visit this store quite a lot but I won't be back because of her. She was very rude, abrupt, and clearly has no experience handling customers.
