As an interstate driver it’s terrible as you can never get a park there because of all the locals leaving their trucks there

I would give zero stars if I could, got a veggie focaccia. While I was eating it, there were 3 black hairs baked into the bread (I have blonde hair btw). I paid $9.50 for hair in my food, which then wasn’t consumable. Absolutely disgusting, go to maccas not the BP cafe

If your an interstate driver looking to park,eat,shower and sleep for the night. This is not the place. No parking as the local drivers park here and there is no room. From 4pm im afternoon onwards the drive in park then walk outside of the bp site to there cars.Not far to the interstate drivers......

Friendly staff, fresh food and clean amenities. Although if you are wanting a break and looking to park your truck here, it would be an absolute miracle to find one, local trucks use this as a depot, on weekends it's a struggle even entering from paraweena to access fuel. The place has been infested by local businesses abusing the parking privileges, leaving empty trailers and trucks, see photos I've taken. I don't know why BP doesn't do something, these vehicles should be towed off site. My star rating is due to this problem, not the staff or amenities.Still four months later no improvement you have a better chance of winning the lotto than getting a park here in a truck to have a fatigue break and use the amenities.

As one person has said already, no parking for us interstate drivers as it's all taken by local drivers who park over night then go home....the parking behind the gated area is supposed to be BP card entry but the local drivers jam the gate open so they can park, its not a truck yard for local drivers!.....you say something to management but they don't care...absolute disgrace!

Its the worst site for truck parking. I parked my truck in paid parking for few hours. Inside the bay without blocking any other truck and Bp towed my truck instead of towing other trucks parked in no parking and some trailers standing there for weeks.

Toilets were discussing and the Indian staff did not car, when I told them they said not my job!!!! Can’t get a park in a truck Because the locals use it a a depot

Really very unprofessional and rude staff at this site. Normally BP staff is really great but this site really compromising the image of BP fuel stations. They should have to work on their team. Looks like they all underpaid may be that’s why they not really care to serve their customers well.Thnx

Nice showers. Has clean laundry.No parking though due to local trucks and trailers and no truckers lounge area. I counted 7 disconnected trailers. Very disappointing.

Has anyone eaten at this place on the 27 December I got veggie roller and I been sick next day even tho I should know that while I was eating I notice the grilled veggies I got looked like it’s been setting there sometime it was Soggy and looked expired I toke some of them out to throw but it’s been 3 days and I’m still sick sore stomach uncomfortable got dr appointment tomorrow please don’t eat the grilled veggies burgers or rollers and if anyone els eating and feels pain please make a review to them
