As a long term rental tenant through CPT I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super friendly, approachable and understanding, all while still being professional. The team always got back to me quickly whenever I needed them and they were a pleasure to rent through!

Although we usually only deal with the property management team, who are the most pleasant I have ever dealt with, the property was recently sold by its investor owner through the agency, they gave us as tenants the highest level of consideration when it came to viewings. They sold it successfully meeting he owners price in short time.

I've been renting my place with CPT properties since 2017. CPT has always been supportive with renting arrangement. They take careful consideration for me and my housemates. No issues or conflicts during my stay over the past 3 years. As a long-term tenant in town, I highly recommend CPT.
