Lady on the front desk (Lotus) is a piece of work and should not be in this industry. Was totally rude and has no compassion for any patients. She makes a grate spokes person for your company.On the plus side the lady's who took my scan were wonderful.

The staff were great while getting the scan done, but after 10 weeks of waiting, the results are yet to be sent through to my doctor or specialist. Even after numerous calls.Am about to submit a formal complaint. Thankfully my scans aren’t for anything life threatening!

The busy reception staff are friendly and professional and explain what patients should expect.There's plenty of off-street parking and comfortable seating in the waiting area. There's an airy undercover outdoor area if you'd prefer to wait outside.It offers a broad suite of diagnostic imaging.Easy to access and offering good medical services to the Gladstone community.

The reason I gave a low score is because the call line given transfers Gladstone to Rockhampton, u then have to wait, & wait until an operator answers. The operator Then transfer the call to Gladstone to make an appt. The call line is then the same and takes twice as long to be answered. PLEASE give Gladstone a direct number!The staff and Operators in Gladstone are very good.

Worst place to get any scan done in an emergency. Had a scan done to see if I'm having another brain bleed after already having a few strokes .Dr asked for results to be sent to him with in the hour of it being done .10am the next day and the results still haven't been sent to my Dr. Should have known how bad the place is after seeing staff tell another patient sitting in a wheelchair who had been sent there from hospital that the person that was to do her scan had gone home and not told anyone. After this poor patient had been sitting there sence 2pm it was now well after 3.30pm ..

To the lady in the gladstone office with king blonde hair not only are you a rude human being you certainty need to get more training on customer service your attitude to from the time I walked up to the desk to the time I walked away made me feel like I did something wrong when all I was doing was answering all your question you asked. You definitely need to find respect .

After waiting 2 weeks to have an Echo cardio gram, and was told at the time the doctors concerned would have the report the next day , I received a call from one of the doctors 5 days later and just 8 hrs before scheduled surgery saying it might have to be postponed until another date as they had still not received the required report from the radiology clinic.Really poor service, All promise no action, too many people making false promises without any intention of following through,Push them thru get the dollars and couldn't really give a dam about follow up.

Cancelled my appointment last minute, told me they would rebook, two weeks with no communication, tried to call for over 20 minutes today and nobody could be bothered picking up the phone. Absolutely useless.

Not a great experience. Firstly waited 15 minutes with nobody at reception and no indication of when they will be back. When I got to see the radiologist (a young woman) she made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to her and couldn't get rid of me quickly enough. Throughout the procedure she barked terse commands at me with no explanations or any attempt to communicate her intentions, then finished with you're free to go now" which I guess sums up the situation perfectly."
