Great location, amazing view and fantastic owners. The room was extremely well equipped (best I have ever experienced) and clean. We felt very welcome and no request was to much.Thank you!

A lovely studio. It was disappointing that we were only there for an overnight stay. I would have loved to stay longer. A Koala walked down the footpath. The view was wonderful.

This beautiful accommodation rescued us from a hideous place we had booked on-line. It was a last minute call looking for a vacancy and luck was on our side. We had the downstairs apartment for our family of 4 Adults and it was just perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed, sadly for the one night only, we wanted to stay longer. Location was great to go for a walk. We stayed mid March for my husbands 60th and were travelling around Victoria. Thank you so much for the rescue, I wish I had found your beautiful home in the first place. I would certainly recommend to stay here.

What an amazing place and the owners very courteous. The special touches like choccies on your bed and melting moment biscuits to have with your plunger coffee. Rooms were very clean, modern and quite. Having breakfast on the balcony looking at the water was a real treat.

Lovely cliff top location with convenient self check in. We booked 3 nights and thought a continental breakfast was provided after reading reviews. The room info book said call before 5pm to order breakfast but after phoning were told no longer offered. Also there is no servicing instead a laundry basket of towels/toilet paper are left outside your room everyday. There were no instructions about what to do as we didn't need fresh towels every day (not very eco) Do you just leave the big plastic laundry basket in front of your door all day or keep it in your room? The biggest issue was NOISE. There is some road noise but it's not too busy and stops by the evening. It was the noise from other guests that was louder than I have ever experienced before in accommodation. I'm guessing this is a converted home and has no sound proofing. People walking up the stairs and doors slamming are all amplified. The icing on the cake was while trying to have an afternoon siesta came the sound of loud banging like a construction site...then the sound of kids yelling and running what sounded like was happening in our room! In the accommodation description it states adults only. A text to the owners confirmed children are now allowed down stairs.I have nothing against children having fun on holidays but this accommodation is not designed for them or as a romantic weekend away as you can hear couples in the room next door talking. Otherwise great spot and facilities, nice variety of teas and coffee.

I can see why it's so well reviewed. Great views, lovely breakfast, nice little kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent accommodation, and value for money with amazing views of the ocean. Bernie and Carol were kind, friendly and pleasant owners. They go out of their way to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay at their place. Highly recommended.

Staff were excellent.Our room was plenty big enough for the two of us, ( room 3). Queen Standard.Very clean, great views from the verandah, luxurious toiletries, towels, bedding, etc. Even dressing gowns in the wardrobe.Great spot opposite the ocean.Looking forward to enjoying our free breakfast on the verandah in the morning.( muesli, yoghurt, fruit, toast, orange juice, selection Of jams )

Comfortable rooms, well equipped for meals if you want to cook.Great hosts who deserve a special mention.Ideal location.
