This is the 2nd time I've been to this place, visiting from Melbourne. The first time we struggled to get service/ acknowledgement until we stood up to leave after a good 10-15 mins. The food is okay, but super pretentious and contrived. I thought I'd give it another go this morning... just sat there and was ignored by 3 wait staff for 15 minutes (timed) and then left. There are two MUCH better places up the road at the crossing. Don't bother with this place.

I love this place. Their vegan options (mushrooms and the scrambled tofu) are the best.The staff are super friendly and they have some great specialty health food/grocery items that are hard to find around the place.My only downside is I find the coffee blend to be a little bitter :( however they make up for this with their amazing range of smoothies and juices.

27/8/18- My husband just got me a green juice from your shop today and taste and smells like it was BLENDED WITH PLASTIC. You guys used to be fresh and blend juices freshly, those little glass jars you are providing aren't fresh at all . shame on your business...The purpose of drinking green juice is to detox !!and this smells and tastes Extremely toxic!

Always getting orders wrong. Service takes forever if it's even slightly busy. No food is edible for me on their menu (I'm gluten and dairy free) and anything I can eat is over priced. The supermarket is always out of stock of items I need, they over charge for everything, and now I have found out they've stopped stocking a number of the items I actually do buy. Pointless shop. Unhelpful staff. Only one male is any good. Can't believe they're still in business.

15 min walk from work - lets me swing by to pick up some groceries or salads. Love the freshly ground almond butter they have! Smaller selection of ready made food than the other branches, but still as good.

The newest shop to open as part of the About Life family and it doesn't disappoint. Filled to the brim with healthy food you can come here and do your organic grocery shopping and grab a coffee and a muffin on your way out. Or if you have time, take a seat inside or out and order something off their menu or from their front cabinet filled with delicious healthy lunch options such as salads, raw lasagne, coconut chicken and more. Great place if you want to grab a coffee with a friend and pick up a few cooking items.

It's great to see the original store format back. About Life truly are a unique offering. I mean nowhere else in Sydney can you find a good range of branded and house branded groceries, fresh produce all at reasonable prices. I actually realised how good this mob were when Flannery's started taking over some of their sites. About Life is a Sydney institution for those who want to live a healthy lifestyle. Even the cafe offers a great range of healthy unique food combinations. Keep up the great work there..

Great for finding alternative grocery food items e.g. gluten free, non dairy, organic. The hot food bar is usually great for lunch but can sometimes be dry and have a poor dish selection at around 5-6pm if you're looking for a fast dinner option.

Worst vegan burger I have ever tried. Sloppy bland burger pattie with the consistency of uncooked falafel. Mushrooms tasted stale. Coffee tasted like the soy milk was mixed up with the almond and coconut milks - and not in a good way. it was Pretty disappointing when there was so much promise. Good supermarket, crap cafe.

Great breakfasts! It can be competitive for tables, the service is a bit mixed, but always friendly. The juices are amazingly good and there are some great breakfast options. Grab a coffee and enjoy!+ Thank you Jane and Anders for introducing us to the About Life breakfast.
