Arcadia Health Centre Pty Ltd - Nejla Burton
Life changing experience.After a 6 day water fast I feel better than I have in a decade. That and the immune system, anti-inflammation and weight loss benefits have made me a raving fan. New learnings on diet and health are a bonus.Next step - convince my wife and mother to do a fast at Arcadia.I plan to come back at least every year for a ten day fast.
