One of the least professional medical professionals I have encountered.While I am more than happy with the dental work I (eventually) received, the entire experience with Dr Cunneen and his staff was awful.The office manager (receptionist) was rude at every single appointment.I was often asked to change the time of my appointment at short notice and always ALWAYS had to wait nearly an hour, after which I was moved to the treatment room and left waiting there for another half hour or so.My treatment was long-term and complex and the amount of work I missed waiting whilst other patients were shuffled in before me was enormous.Cunneen's behaviour was at best bizarre, at worst abusive. He reacted to my polite queries as though I were making unbelievable demands, was condescending and often forgot things we'd talked about and denied it had ever happened.He managed to stretch my treatment out over several years, leaving me in limbo with temporary prosthetics in place for far, far longer than he should have, all the while making fun of me when I asked for a treatment timeline.It was when I visited another dental specialist that I realised how bad it was - when this new dentist was kind and friendly, I surprised myself by starting to cry.Going back to Cunneen to continue treatment after seeing the specialist, I was made to wait for around two hours - then a private school kid with braces was put ahead of me (having arrived HALF AN HOUR after me), with Cunneen saying he'd only be a little while.It was at that point I stood up, told the receptionist to call me back with a time they could actually see me (Oh

Denis has been my dentist for almost twenty years. I was referred to Denis for a second opinion in the late 1990's after a dentist who took over my recently retired dentist's practice wanted to remove a Maryland bridge. Denis said it was fine. It is still going strong. Denis only provides care that is truly necessary. He is gentle. His staff are caring. I travel a long way to Floreat.

I am not normally one to write a bad review but I must share my experience with this company as I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I dealt with.I went in for an Invisalign quote approximately 3-4 months ago, Dr. Ash Shah took some photos of my teeth and drew up a quote for the treatment, she explained everything that would be required and the next step of the process. There were a few underlying issues with my teeth in which she mentioned we could either fix at the same time or re-assess down the track. It was mentioned to me that regardless I could of gone through with this treatment and the quote will stand up until I am ready to begin.After moving house and finally sorting out my financials I was now ready to proceed with the treatment. I booked my appointment to start the treatment 3 weeks ago, this was the appointment in which you take moulds, scans, x-rays and everything involved to start your treatment officially.I took time off work in an extremely busy period to come to this appointment I had booked 3 weeks in advance in which I was so excited for.When I entered the clinic and sat in the chair to have a discussion with Ash, she mentioned I have been looking at your photos all day and I think due to your crossbite we are going to have a problem and might not even be able to do this treatment." I was extremely disheartened in the fact that the information I had received prior was not the same in the slightest and no one even told me about this when a simple phone call could of given me this information months ago.She then mentioned to me " I am also going on maternity leave

I don’t think they value their clients time whatsoever. Nonsense excuses for running late for the Dentists first appointment for the day- ‘you didn’t confirm your appointment 3 days ago’ ... interesting because I never received a call or SMS 3 days ago and I showed evidence - you didnt prove you’d sent a message??? Nor had you called. So I confirmed the appointment straight away when I received an SMS only 30 minutes prior to the actual appointment (when she remembered to do her job). Just sitting here waiting like I’ve got nothing better to do with my time.... shame on you. You could have called me to advise the dentist was running late but you couldn’t even get your act together to show the courtesy

Denis has done a lot of big dental cosmetic jobs for me over many years, and his work is very high quality. He stands by his work.

Denis is a passionate and caring professional who my family have seen for the past 2O years. If you want a dentist who knows what is really needed and will look after your best interests see Denis first.

I and my wife have ben going to this dentist for about 14 years. Every time I have an appointment I had to wait minimum 1 hour, but usually 1.5 hours or even longer sometimes. There is always some people takan in before me, with so caller emergency. Always. In many casus my appointments where cancelled at short notice, sometimes twice in a row. Never complained excessively and dutifully paid whatever the cost of treatment was. We both have spent many many tenis of thousands of dollars with them. But wrench I had a broken teeth 4 montla ago, when I asker to be seen by Deniz, just to inspect and make sure there is no emergency, I was flatly denied. By the receptionist. When I arranged another dentist I found out the problem was with a temporary crown put in peace by Dennis, several montla ago, and was supposed to be fixed. But guess what they did not even tell me, I was walking around with a temporary crown. And the receptionist was dismissive of my concerns and rude to me. That was the point I decided to tane my dental treatment somewhere else. Dennis many or many not be a good dentist, but the whole organisation of scheduling of appointments is utterly appalling. Never ever going bacak there again.

Such a fantastic find this dentist practice from the lovely receptionist Lynne to the dentist and dental assistants. Strong recommend
