Paid $5k to have a heat pump system installed of which the installers smashed holes in side of a brick wall and simply left after installation with a massive hole in the wall. Had to send many emails to get them to come and fix the problem. They were shocking at responding.They then never showed up twice to fix the problem after making bookings, with zero contact advising why they never turned up.I am now having other issues with the unit and they never respond to emails unless i follow up 2 or three times. Sometimes takes weeks for a response.Really unimpressed considering how much i spent.

Unable to repair heating or hot water systems. But happy to take your money for nothing

Booked and installed the 3 phase replacement ducted reverse cycle system before the 3 phase power was installed. So there was no heating or cooling for a week. And their electrician assured me two days before the install that all was OK

We sought a quote to replace our RCAC ducted system which failed after 24 years of service. A representative from Australian Heating & Cooling attended, listened to our requirements, inspected the existing installation (ducting etc) and provided a quote. After we accepted the quote and paid a deposit, the work was scheduled. On the agreed day, the old system was removed and taken away, the new system was installed and operational by 2.30 pm. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Steve and his team of installers Wade and Blake. After receiving a site inspection from a competitor I was told that I would need my roof trusses modified to get the unit in my roof which would’ve been 4K additional cost, so I seeked a second opinion and contacted Australian Heating and Cooling. Steve came and did the site inspection, said the roof was tight but I’m confident we can get it in. The boys came out yesterday and installed the system and got the same unit in that the competitor said wouldn’t fit without any modification what so ever, the guys also went above and beyond to meet my need to save me patching some existing vents in my roof and installing the ducts in the same place, another thing the competitor said was not possible. To add to all of this, from quote to install using the brighte scheme was a 7 business day turn around which again the competitor said 4-6 weeks. Everyone on site was extremely polite which can be hard to come by these days.Highly recommend this company for good genuine service and not putting a job in the too hard basket.

I cannot thanks these guys enough. I could not get quotes for a replacement from previous companies after a fortnight. This was not good enough for my poor tenants. I rang them on Friday. Monday I had a quote and Thursday installed. Very efficient and great to deal with.
