Great spot on the Avon the only down side is the train line running about 200meters behind where you set up camp if you don't mind hearing it every couple of hours then it's perfect took the doggos up they loved it

Great camping spot along the river. Lots of places to set up, good for tents and caravans.Must be self sufficient. Fires permitted during fire season. Take out what you take in..leave no trace!

A peaceful spot. Enough space although we were there at the new year season. Train noise was a concern but not bothered us too much.

Free camp. Many camping spots in 3 different levels . Level 1 at top when you first go through gate. Level 2 just over railway lines ,Level 3 down near the river. Wild flowers are coming out. They are beautiful. Please do not park on them

Beautiful camping spots along the Avon River. It gets nice and high during winter and plenty of muddy water holes to send your 4x4 through.

Great spot for free riverside camping.Plenty of roomy spots and great for groups. Be prepared for flies.

What a lovely place. Heaps of camping areas, good for your average car and 4wd'ers. We had a 18ft caravan and stayed 2 nights. Great area to explore, good for canoes, stand up paddle boards. Loads of space gor push bikes aswell. You can hear the trains go past but mhe, minor detail. Cars come and go for 1 night camping or day vists. Bring fire wood. Some huge logs but not much small stuff. Will be coming again for sure. No power, toilet or showers. We are fully self contained.
