Quick Delivery, but not the expected next day delivery. Very good quality Pram. Not hard to put together! Good service . Grey is even nicer than the picture. Very Happy with the purchase.

I’ve order a patio pet door insert on 10/4/23, haven’t been told that the items was currently out of stock and the payment still charged. Contact the customer services promising the delivery will be arrived by end of April as I need the door insert before I’m overseas for 2 months. Then, get informed by email end of April that the stock won’t be delivered till May? While I’m already overseas. If I know the warehouse don’t have stocks then I won’t be bother to order from them and buy something locally like Bunnings. Very disappointed about the whole experiences especially when the customer service told me I will need to pay for the fees of sending the parcel back. Such a nonsense

Great customer service that kept me updated on the delay of my delivery. My puppy quickly learned to use the door within a day, by encouraging him with his toys & snacks. Great product and looks very nice on our sliding door. Highly recommend.

Whilst I like the product and the quality the delay in delivery makes one anxious about the payments deducted at the point of sale especially in light of the rise in corporate failures. This anxiety could have been alleviated by weekly updates on delivery progress. Apart from that disappointment I was pleased with the product which met with my expectations.

We saw this at the cat show last year and finally decided to get it. The package arrived promptly and installation was pretty straightforward, except for the part where you have to pull the two metal parts all the way inside the bassinet. The bassinet is quite big, fitting my two babies with lots of room for them to move around. There are two extensions to connect to their harnesses. We only took them out twice so far, the kitties seem a bit nervous as they haven’t been outside other than walking with a leash inside the backyard. I’m sure they will get used to it. We strolled in the park on concrete ground, grass, walk path with debris (small branches and rocks) without any issues. Overall we are very impressed with the quality and can’t wait to take them out more!

Disappointing to leave this review but please be warned. I am a repeat customer (3 times) from when they were animalistic but service is now non existent. Ordered a pet door 24 May (in stock) plus a security pack (back order) a week later chased up wondering why the pet door was not on its way and advised it was actually out of stock as well and coming. This went on for a week or so. Notification that it was dispatched on 14 June. After chasing up with the courier who are investigating, I receive notification today (22 June) that today it was picked up by the courier. Completely unacceptable given La Luna advertise next day dispatch. Still waiting for the courier to respond to my chasing up where this order is but I’m not holding my breath.

IF zero stars was an option. Probably the worst online purchase experiences I've had. Pictures do not match arrivals. No follow up email from the company about delays to the order. We are now over seven weeks out from a fully paid order which has not been delivered. Three telephone calls to support/customer service and still no closer to resolution. Told by service two weeks out from order that stock is scheduled to arrive early April. Next call told late April, then today's call was told late May.Ordered and paid March 23, item arrived today 14th June.No shipping contents/parts lists for multi-part assemblies in the descriptions and listings on the sales website, inaccurate opening times and access to escalate an issue to management. Buyer Beware: lock-up state parts are listed as accessories" rather than included with pet-door

The doggy door fitted perfectly, looks like it has always been there. Only took 3 days for our puppy to work out how to use it. Saves so much time not having to open a door every 30mins.

Great delivery. Very solid and secure door. Only problem was bracket for side of door. As i have double glazed doors and somewhat deeper side slots I had to slot the bracket as per the photo. All doors are different so a longer slot would be helpful. Dog loves it

I have ordered a pram and it was faulty. When I contacted the company they said they would replace the capsule, however they never told me not to throw away the old capsule. As the company assembled the pram for me I wasn’t aware that the hard floor nor the mattress wasn’t part of the capsule. When I asked for them to replace it, they advised I had to pay money to replace the mattress and that they could not source the hard floor nor another part. Buyers beware, this pram is made very cheaply and tyres already look worn just after one use (off the grass) , the straps aren’t strong enough or secure enough as they advertise. In fact you can buy similar pram on eBay for $99. This is definitely not worth the $399 price tag nor $350 currently advertised at.Customer service is very low (0), quality of product very poor (0)!!!!The part I received (the capsule that does not contain hard floor nor mattress) doesn’t look new, it’s scratched.Disappointed is an understatement! They won’t take the pram back either, so if anything would to go wrong they would just ignore you and let you deal with this non usable item yourself!
