Incredible staff and facilities

My son has been attending this child care for a few years now and the staff have always been lovely and have the utmost concern for his welfare. Communication between the Centre and parents is great, which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate to recommend this child care to anyone else.

Had both kids at the centre from about 6mo till 4 yo. I think what really places this centre above all others are:-- Transparency -- both in terms of illnesses in the centre and what they are doing about it, centre activities, kids journals, weekly communications over email and FB about the centre.--Education. I am pretty sure I would not have been able to tech my kids what they have at the centre in all the different ways they do it, all done in a fun age-appropriate play-setting. teaching babies and kids all things from weather patterns, to planets, to colours, to counting, to alphabet, crafts and so much more.--Professional development of staff. I know from my own experience in a different industry, how important it is to keep professional progression at all levels and strive for excellence. Happy staff is happy to put in extra effort into their work.-- Day to day healthy foods, snacks, sleep management etc is a given.

I've looked at a few childcare centres in the area and this one really stood out. Both my daughters are going to the centre and enjoy their time there. The staff is patient and professional and lovely with the kids. I feel really comfortable sending my girls here and happily recommend it to my friends

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WHO KNOWS HOW THEY WOULD TREAT THEM

My daughter has gone to this centre since she was 11 months old. She receives excellent care and I'm amazed at all the activities that the kids get up to. The staff are very caring and experienced. Management always communicate very well with parents and are accommodating to any requests that I have.

Our son, F, has been with this Centre for only a few months but we all love it. F is very happy. The director is exceptional. Her continual sharings and communications in great details make us, parents, feel like we are running the centre with her, and our child hence becomes so close, their day to day welfare so visible and touchable. Never seen this before. It's sad that F is leaving next year to pre primary. Wish you, Barbara and your centre all the best. Highly recommended.

Our son has attended the childcare for 2.5 years, we have been so happy with the level of care provided, the cleanliness is impeccable, our boy has never been sick throughout his enrolment at the centre! The educators are just lovely, so kind to the children, we love the regular updates via email, and the special incursions and fun days they have for the children, highly recommend this centre!

Both our daughters have been going to the centre for 3 years and 1.5 years now and the both love it! Great quality care and education from a fantastic group of management and staff, highly recommend this centre to all parents.
