Livia Hawker Design & Drafting

Livia did an incredible job both designing and drafting our home which we renovated in 2019/2020. After having an unrealistic design drafted by another company Livia was recommended to us by our builder to assist us in designing a new floor plan for our home and I am so thankful for the recommendation.Livia understood what we wanted, created an extremely functional and well designed house and did this while maintaining great communication with our builder so it was within a comfortable budget for us.From first communication to finishing the build Livia was wonderful, in particular she was a great help when it came time to lodge our plans to council and problem solved issues which arose.Everyone who comes to our home now comments on how great the layout is and that is all thanks to Livia.
