Owner sends nasty emails if you reschedule appointments.I had to reschedule twice due to medical issues. Gave them more than a weeks notice and received an email from the owner John saying You will get what you deserve".I moved house and changed phone numbers and John managed to find my contact details and call me asking me to remove my 1 star review.Highly unethical and an invasion of privacy.Avoid this company at all costs."
