Lady is very rude and her dogs are super aggressive, they cornered me and my dog in the carpark and kept barking and snapping at me and my dog. Always hear crying and yelling coming from the property, it's actually really heartbreaking

this woman has a great way with dogs, my lulu came back clean, clipped and so calm. A great price for the service that was provided.

Chrissy is amazing. We took our dogs there straight from the beach covered in sand, completely dirty from the salt water and nothing was too difficult. We went for a look around the local shops and cafes and by the time we came back the dogs were immaculate. I’ve never seen them look so good! Will definitely be back!

Haven't had my dog groomed here and NEVER would! Her dogs have attacked my dog twice while we were just walking past and bitten him once! He is now scared to go anywhere near the property. Also I only live around the corner and hear dogs cry and her yelling every single day more than once! My dog cries when he hears the dogs in pain and crying at her property. Not a nice place to live around and not sure how she is still in business considering how rude she is and how aggressive her dogs are.

My girl Aryababsolutely hates getting her nails done and has not let previous groomers I have taken her to do them. My other girl Eli was getting matted under her arms as it was her first coat drop and I didn't know how to manage it. The groomer was very friendly with me and didn't judge me when my girls came in a mess. She showed me how I can maintain my girls coat so that she doesn't get mats. Arya wasn't having a bar of getting her nails done so the owner took her time getting Arya comfortable even getting some ham from her fridge to give her while she trimmed little bits at a time. After being to previous groomers who have made me feel like a bad owner I was nervous to go to Drop and shop dog wash, instead of feeling like a bad owner I left feeling more confident in looking after my dogs from all the advice I got.It was even better that I was squeezed in on a Saturday when I called on Friday evening desperate for help.Arya, Eli and I will be regulars now.

Friendly, accommodating dog groomer. Called her during peak Xmas period and got a spot almost right away. Price was reasonable and the results were great. Easy access as you can park in the Coles parking and walk up the driveway.

Groomer was very knowledgeable on all dog breeds and how to properly look after their coats, I felt very comfortable and I most certainly will be coming back
